Lead Pastor

Our Lead Pastor provides vision, teaching, and spiritual direction for New River Church, helping our community stay rooted in Scripture and responsive to the Holy Spirit. With a heart for discipleship and unity, he leads us toward becoming a people who reflect Jesus in every sphere of life.

Our elders serve as spiritual overseers, offering wisdom, accountability, and prayerful guidance for the health and direction of the church. They help safeguard our mission and values, supporting both our leadership and congregation with steady, faithful counsel.

Our pastors nurture and equip the church through teaching, care, and ministry leadership. Each pastor brings unique gifts to strengthen the body of Christ, walking alongside individuals and families as they grow in faith and community.

Our staff team supports the day-to-day ministry and operations of New River Church, ensuring that every environment—from Sunday services to weekly ministries—runs with excellence and hospitality. They serve behind the scenes and alongside our leaders to help people encounter Jesus in practical, meaningful ways.
